Return Policy

With the exception of building materials, we accept returns on most items for 30 days from their date of purchase. To be eligible, you must provide the original proof of purchase and items must be in the same condition as they were received. New items must not have been installed or show any signs of use. If the item was in factory packaging it must be returned in that packaging including any labels, tags, or decals.  Damaged or installed items will not be accepted for return. If applicable, return shipping will be at the buyer's expense.

In most cases, we do not refund purchases.  Accepted returns will be issued a store credit. Store credits expire six months from their issue date.

Raw Building Material cannot be exchanged or returned. This includes items such as Moulding, Shingles, Insulation, Siding, Flooring, Tile, and Lumber.

If your purchase was shipped and arrives damaged, please document and take pictures of the damage and contact us at 404-762-9906 immediately or by email at jerry@northsidematerialbrokers.com.  You may also refuse delivery if your item arrives damaged.

90 DAY WARRANTY

We have a 90-day warranty period for appliances, electrical items, and plumbing items.  Should your item not work or fail within 90 days of the purchase date, you may return the item for a full refund.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving or loading at our facility and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We do NOT accept returns or exchanges on roofing, trim, lumber, plywood, or any other raw materials. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items ("AS-IS") or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please visit or call our store to ensure the product you have is eligible for an exchange.

If no exchange is made, or there is a difference in the total price, the customer will be issued a Store Credit good for 6 months.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
