Description
MERV 8 link air filters consist of multiple ring panel air filters connected in one continuous chain. This prevents air from escaping between the panels and passing around the filter. They slide into or out of a filter track as a single, continuous piece and don't require a filter hook or tool for installation or removal. MERV 8 air filters capture 50% to 70% of particles between 3 and 10 microns in size, such as dusting aids and cement dust. They also capture 20% or less of particles between 1 and 3 microns in size, which includes lead dust, humidifier dust, coal dust, and nebulizer droplets.
