Island Cabinet in Unfinished Oak

Item arrived broken due to insufficient poor packaging. The driver for the carrier advised to refuse the item and have it returned to the seller for a refund. However due to time restraints with the kitchen project the item was accepted to keep on schedule. While I was able to repair the damage I would have appreciated some acknowlement from the seller for the damage caused by their carelessness.

When the seller's representative Drew was contacted via email about the damage their was no response. This was after an email was received from Drew upon shipment of the item to contact him if there are any questions or concerns. Well, there was a concern but there was no action taken to address it.
